Steps to upload Excel or CSV files to Squadbase and use them as a data source
Upload a File and Create a Project
Upload your file, fill in the required information, and click "Next." Squadbase will automatically generate a project name and project knowledge based on your file.
Review the generated content, make any necessary edits, and click "Create Project."
Data Preprocessing
Once the file is uploaded, Squadbase AI preprocesses the data and stores it in Squadbase DB. Squadbase AI will ask you questions about how to handle the data—answer using the provided buttons or type a custom response as needed.
Data Stored in Squadbase DB
Once preprocessing is complete, Squadbase AI stores your data in Squadbase DB. You can verify the stored data from the Data tab.
Once you confirm the data is stored, you're ready to start building your dashboard. Select one of the suggested next steps, or type your instructions directly in the chat to get started.
