Knowledge is background information that Squadbase AI references when creating dashboards. By describing an overview of the data your project handles and its purpose, the AI can make more relevant suggestions.
Suggestions are generated based on your Knowledge combined with your conversation history with Squadbase AI.
What to Write in Knowledge
Describe the following kinds of information:
- The type and content of data you're working with (e.g., "monthly sales data", "customer behavior logs")
- The dashboard you want to create and its purpose
- Key metrics and perspectives you want to focus on in your analysis
The more specific you are, the more accurate the AI's suggestions will be. It's recommended to clearly state your goal and level of detail—for example: "I want to visualize monthly sales of an e-commerce site broken down by product category."
How to Edit Knowledge
Knowledge can be edited directly from the "Data" tab in the editor. When your project's direction or data structure changes, update your Knowledge accordingly so that the AI's suggestions always reflect the latest context.
