Squadbase offers five plans. Start with the Free plan, go solo with Individual, and upgrade to Pro, Team, or Enterprise as your team grows and your operational needs evolve.

Recommended Plans

Free

For freelancers, in-house new business leads, and PoC owners who want to try things hands-on first. This plan is ideal for validating small-scale business apps or dashboards at no cost, to determine whether they truly work in practice.

Individual

For individuals who want to use Squadbase seriously on their own. This single-user plan unlocks unlimited projects and publishing along with a larger monthly AI credit allowance, making it a good fit for solo developers, freelancers, and consultants running personal production apps.

Pro

For small teams that already have a clear idea of the business app or analytics dashboard they want to build and are ready to move to production. This plan suits companies with one to a few editors who want to continuously improve, share with internal and external viewers, and run stable production workloads.

Team

For larger teams and organizations where security and governance matter. On top of project-level permission management, audit logs, and custom domains, controls such as SAML/SSO, IP restrictions, and private network integration are available as add-ons — so you can meet your security requirements while operating multiple apps across departments or for clients. It also fits growing companies running several projects in parallel, and SIers or agencies providing client support.

Enterprise

For enterprises that need a further level of control and support. In addition to everything in Team, this plan covers custom AI credit volumes, an uptime SLA with priority response, and dedicated support with onboarding, with server region pinning available as an add-on. It is best suited to cases where IT or data infrastructure teams lead the rollout and need to satisfy compliance and procurement requirements while deploying across the entire organization.

Squadbase AI Credits

Squadbase AI runs on AI credits, which are shared as a single pool across your whole team and reset each billing cycle.

Each plan includes a base amount of credits per user, so your team's total scales with the number of creator seats:

All creators and members draw from the same shared pool, so heavy and light users balance out automatically. Additional credits can be purchased from "AI Usage" in the sidebar.

Subscription Registration

Here is how to register for a subscription.

Log in as a user with Admin privileges, then select a plan from the settings menu on the left side of the screen.

Choose the plan you would like to upgrade to.

Enter your credit card information to complete the subscription registration.
