Steps to connect Outlook to Squadbase
This connector allows Squadbase AI to access your Outlook data — such as emails, calendar events, and contacts — for analysis and dashboard creation.
Outlook uses Microsoft OAuth for authentication. No API keys or credentials are required — simply sign in with your Microsoft account.
How to Connect
Open the Connector Setup
In Squadbase, select Outlook as your connector. A connection prompt will appear.
Sign in with Microsoft
Click Connect with Outlook and follow the Microsoft sign-in flow to authorize Squadbase to access your Outlook data.
Complete the Connection
Once authorized, the connection is established and Squadbase AI can access your Outlook data.
You will be asked to grant Squadbase permission to read your Outlook data. Only the permissions necessary for data analysis are requested.
