Steps and required credentials to connect Freshservice to Squadbase
Required Information

| Freshservice Domain | Your Freshservice subdomain (e.g., acme for https://acme.freshservice.com). Enter only the subdomain, without https:// or .freshservice.com. |
| Freshservice API Key | Your Freshservice API key from your profile icon (top right) → Profile Settings → Your API Key. |
How to Obtain
Freshservice Domain
Your domain is the subdomain part of your Freshservice URL. For example, if your URL is https://acme.freshservice.com, enter acme.
Freshservice API Key
Before the API key is visible in Profile Settings, API key must be enabled for the agent.
Step 1: Enable API key
- Click the three-dot menu (more) in the left sidebar and select Admin
- Under User Management, select Agents
- Click on the agent you want to use for API access
- Click the Permissions tab
- Turn on the API key toggle
Step 2: Copy the API key
- Click your profile icon in the top right
- Select Profile Settings
- Your API key is displayed in the Your API Key section on the right side of the page
- Copy the API key
