Steps and required credentials to connect Freshsales to Squadbase
Required Information
| Field | Description |

| Freshsales Bundle Alias | The subdomain part of your Freshsales URL (e.g., acme from acme.myfreshworks.com/crm/sales). Enter only the subdomain — do not include https:// or anything after .myfreshworks.com. |
| Freshsales API Key | Your Freshsales API key from Personal Settings → API tab → CRM API details. |
How to Obtain
Freshsales Bundle Alias and API Key
Both the bundle alias and API key are available on the same page.
- Log in to Freshsales and click your profile icon in the top right
- Select Personal Settings
- Click the API tab
- In the CRM API details section, click Copy next to Your API Key
- Copy only the subdomain part (before
.myfreshworks.com) from the value shown in Your bundle alias
