Steps to connect Power BI to Squadbase
Power BI uses Microsoft OAuth for authentication. No API keys or credentials are required — simply sign in with your Microsoft account.
How to Connect
Open the Connector Setup
In Squadbase, select Power BI as your connector. A connection prompt will appear.
Sign in with Microsoft
Click Connect with Power BI and follow the Microsoft sign-in flow to authorize Squadbase to access your Power BI data.
Complete the Connection
Once authorized, the connection is established and Squadbase AI can access your Power BI workspaces and reports.
You will be asked to grant Squadbase permission to read your Power BI data. Only the permissions necessary for data analysis are requested.
