Feedback Collection
Squadbase provides a built-in comment feature for gathering user feedback.
Squadbase automatically adds a feedback comment box to your published dashboards. Team members can use this comment box to share their feedback and suggestions about the dashboard.
All collected feedback is consolidated in the project detail page, making it easy for editors to review and incorporate improvements into the dashboard.
How to Submit and View Feedback
Open the Comments section and select "New Comment"
Navigate to the "Project" tab and find the "Comments" section. Click "New Comment" to start writing your feedback.
View all comments in the Comments section
Return to the "Comments" section in the "Project" tab to see all submitted feedback.
