Dashboard Sharing
Learn how to share dashboards with your team
Squadbase allows you to securely publish your dashboards with built-in authentication. Once your dashboard is ready, share it with your team members.
Publishing Your Dashboard
Click "Publish to Team"
Click the "Publish to Team" button in the upper right corner of the screen.
AI Pre-publish Check
The AI assistant will prepare your dashboard for publishing in the chat, checking for any issues or bugs.
Publish Changes
Click "Publish Changes" to start the deployment process. You can monitor the progress by clicking "View Deployment".
Access Your App
Once the deployment is complete, you can access your app by clicking "Open App" on the project details page.
Share the generated URL with your team members. Only those with access permissions to this project will be able to view the dashboard.

Public Access (No Authentication)
You can make your dashboard publicly accessible by changing the sharing settings.
With your dashboard published, click "Share" in the upper right corner of the project details page.
By default, access is restricted to invited members only. Change this to "Anyone with the link" to allow anyone with the URL to access your dashboard without authentication.
When sharing publicly, anyone with the URL can access your dashboard. Use caution when your dashboard contains sensitive data.
