Steps and required credentials to connect Customer.io to Squadbase
Required Information

| App API Key | Your Customer.io App API Key. Used for Bearer authentication. |
| Region (Optional) | The data region of your Customer.io workspace. Set to eu for the EU region. Leave empty for US/Global (default). |
How to Obtain
App API Key
Open Settings
Log in to Customer.io and click the gear icon in the top right.
Navigate to API Credentials
Select API Credentials from the Settings menu.
Create an App API Key
Click Create App API Key, enter a name (e.g., Squadbase), and click Create. Copy the generated key immediately — it is shown only once.
The App API Key is shown only once at creation. Make sure to copy it before closing the dialog.
Region
